Description
r.rhenus ZC 944 is used as system cleaner in combination with water soluble metalworking fluids which are free of mineral oil prior to refilling with new coolant. It can also be used as fungicide during the working period.
Application
Prior to drain down the coolant solution (e.g. clear grinding coolant) an effective cleaning and desinfection of the tool machine can be effected by means of r.rhenus ZC 944 before recharging with fresh coolant.
r.rhenus ZC 944 eliminates bacterial degradation and contamination from the tool machines,the coolant sumps and tube system during the working period without any down time..We recommend to add r.rhenus ZC 944 to the coolant at a concentration of 0,5 to 1,5 % prior to any used coolant change and to continue to work at least one more shift. Foaming of the grinding solution is only slightly affected. Afterwards the used coolant solution is drained down. Refill the with fresh coolant solution after thorough flushing the machine with clear water.
r.rhenus ZC 944 can be used as a very effective fungicide against fungi even during the working period. In this case the concentration should be used at 1%.
r.rhenus ZC 944 is not suitable for coolant emulsions !
